Carer's Day 10 November

That's always welcome, of course, but especially on November 10th, Caregiver's Day! It doesn't have to be complicated. Caregivers care for a sick family member, friend, or neighbor. Caregivers often take care of themselves for granted, but it isn't. It's special and deserves appreciation. On Caregiver Day, everyone in the Netherlands makes that known. There are so many informal caregivers in our country, and that's wonderful. But sometimes we should also pause to consider how wonderful it is that informal caregivers are there, that they are appreciated, and how nice it is to receive a special thank you for Carer's Day.
